Return and Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to strict eligibility criteria and approval. Approval is not guaranteed.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in exactly the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
You must photograph the item from every angle (front, back, sides, and any details) and include these photos in your return request. This is mandatory for all returns, including damaged or defective items.
The item must not show any signs of installation, use, or wear. For example:
Car cushions must not have been placed in a vehicle.
Hook holders must not show any marks from installation or use.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at support@rideorganized.com to initiate a return. Include:
Your order number.
A detailed reason for the return.
Photographs of the item from every angle (as described above).
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send the item back without our approval.
Ship the item to:

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Inspect the item immediately upon delivery.
Take clear photographs of the damage or defect from every angle.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@rideorganized.com with the photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Failure to provide photos or report the issue within 24 hours will void your right to a return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Items that have been installed, used, or show any signs of wear.
Items without the original packaging or tags.
Items purchased during sales or promotional events.
Gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item:
Return the original item following the return process above.
Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the item must be in perfect condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging) and accompanied by photographs from every angle. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will inspect your returned item upon receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Important Notes
Photographs are mandatory for all returns. Failure to provide clear, detailed photos from every angle will result in your return being denied.
Returns must be shipped in their original packaging. Any damage to the packaging may result in a denied return.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our strict eligibility criteria.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to approved returns.
