Return and Refund Policy

At Ride Organized, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and satisfying. However, if you need to return an item, we’ve designed a straightforward and elegant process to assist you.


Return Period

  • United Kingdom: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

  • International Customers: You have 30 days to request a return.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original, pristine condition—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.


Returning Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 30 days of delivery.

  • Documentation: Provide clear photographs or a short video of the damage or defect from every angle. While photos are not mandatory for approval, they help expedite the process.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@rideorganized.com with the following details:

    • Your order number.

    • A detailed reason for the return.

    • Photographs or a video of the item (if applicable).

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please do not return the item without prior approval.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our collections, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear.

  • Items without the original packaging or tags.

  • Gift cards.


Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to voluntary returns (non-damaged or non-defective items). This fee does not apply to damaged or defective items.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@rideorganized.com.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item:

    1. Return the original item following the return process above.

    2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in perfect condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging) and accompanied by photographs or a video from every angle. Proof of purchase is also required.


Important Notes

  • Visual Documentation: Photographs or videos are mandatory for all returns. Failure to provide clear, detailed visuals may delay the process.

  • Original Packaging: Returns must be shipped in their original packaging. Any damage to the packaging may result in a denied return.

  • Eligibility: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our strict eligibility criteria.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to voluntary returns only.


Enhancing Your Experience

To ensure a seamless return process, we recommend:

  • Shortening the Approval Window: Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

  • Increasing the Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to voluntary returns.

  • Requesting Videos: A short video documenting the item’s condition may be required.

  • Limiting Return Times: Returns a

  • Excluding Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for voluntary returns.
